Doesn't charge Quest 2 or Quest3/Slow Charging

 

1. Check if there is a charging icon displayed on the VR.
--If no, try another 18W or higher power adapter.
--If yes, when the power level reaches about 80%, the charging speed of Quest2 will slow down, the power will even drop if Quest2 is charged and used simultaneously.

2. Follow this sequence to reconnect the VR:
1) Connect the cable to an 18W adapter.
2) Connect the type-c port to the VR.
3) Connect the USB-A port to the computer.
