Doesn't work

 

1. Confirm if the issue is that the cable cannot charge the VR or that the cable cannot transmit images and sounds from the computer to the VR. (If it is the former, refer to number 2.)
2. Check the USB port's pin is broken. 
3. Try another USB port on the mainframe.
