Magnetic charging issue

 

1. Note that our magnetic charging function is ONLY compatible with iPhone 12 series and later.
2. For better charging performance, please take off the phone case and remove the metal objects behind the phone if there are any.
3. Press and confirm if the indicator light is on when charging magnetically.

*There is a circular charging mark on our power bank. Slightly move the bank on the back of your iPhone to align the circular magnetic position with the cell position of your iPhone (where the magnetic force is the strongest. For correct orientation, make sure the “paw print” charging indicator light is positioned at the bottom when attached to your phone.
