What is the charging power distribution for each port when three ports are being used?
Multi-device charging, USB C port 1 can maintain the output of 45W Max, you can charge the computer while charging mobile phones and so on. The total power of the three ports is around 65W, which means that if the USB C Port 1 doesn't reach 45W, the other two ports have a chance to reach their maximum power of 30W/22.5 W.
Is it suitable for a business trip? I used to work with my laptop while traveling by plane

Both are correct. As the video shows, one of the USB C ports can output 65W when use alone.
When multi-port output, the highest single-port can still provide 45W (work for the laptop), and the total power can also reach 65W max.
What is the charging watt distribution for each port when two usb c ports are being used?
When only the two USB ports are being used the output breakdown is:
Out 1 - 45W Max + Out 2 - 30W Max (75W altogether)
If you change out one of the USB C ports for the USB-A port, the USB-A port will have 22.5W Max, and the USC C Max will depend on which USB C output you use, but they will keep their respective Max W from the example above.
