Slow Charging

Note:
To achieve optimal fast charging performance, the power bank, cable, and device must all support the same charging protocol, such as QC, PD, AFC, or PPS.
This type of cables follow QC protocol, limited by which, although the cable itself can support 60W output power, the actual output power can only reach a maximum of 18W.
1.Confirm if the phone/device follows the same charging protocol as the cable.
2.Check if the charging port's pin is broken.
3.Try another QC fast-charging adapter.
