Doesn't work

There are two possible reasons below:


(1)  This wireless charger is designed for the iPhone 12 series and later. Other devices may charge, but could experience intermittent connections.
(2) There is a metal object on the phone or phone case that interferes with wireless charging. Please take the phone from the charger and remove the case or metal object from the phone. When the flashing red light is off, replace the phone in the center of the charger.

If your phone belongs to the iPhone 12 series or later, you can follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Remove the case or metal object from the phone if there is one. Take the phone off, wait for 5 seconds, and replace the phone in the center of the charger. 
2. Replug the adapter and cable. If it still doesn't work, try another 9V/2A or higher power adapter and another cable. 
3. Check if the charging port is physically damaged or loose.
