30 Day Free Return & Refund
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason.
Once the returned item arrives back in INIU’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Please note:
· The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
· Returns for discounted products will only be refunded based on the discounted value.
· For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs; INIU will only refund the cost of the product itself. (If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.)
· All products that the buyer wishes to have refunded must be included in the return.
Return & Refund Coverage
Please note that this policy does not apply under any of the following conditions:
· This policy does not apply to corporate purchases, bulk orders, custom orders, or personalized items. (Note: Orders of more than 10 units of a product will be considered bulk orders.)
· The return does not include all accessories. (When returning products purchased in the "Buy One, Get One for Free" promotion, you must return both products. If you only return one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the Retail Price of the free product.)
· The returned items are not in their original packaging.
· Products returned without sufficient proof of purchase.
· Items returned after the 30-day return period.
· Items that cannot be resold: Products that are clearance items, or damaged items(including those caused by falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of the equipment, etc.) that cannot be resold.
· Frequent returns in a short period: Customers who frequently return multiple products within a short time frame may be deemed to be abusing the return policy.
Returns will be accepted only when any of the above conditions are not met.
Return Or Exchange Period
For products purchased through official channels, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or refund. INIU will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.
In the case of product quality issues, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. For issues arising more than 30 days after purchase but within the warranty period, please contact us to process a warranty claim.

Return Or Exchange Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@iniu.shop. In your email, please include the following:
1.Reason for return and photos of the product(s)
2.Proof of purchase (such as order number, order invoice, or purchase screenshot)
The INIU Team will review your request to determine if the return is eligible, and will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 business hours.
To ensure that your refund is processed in a timely manner, please include the following information in your return notification to INIU Team:
1.Name of the courier
2.Tracking number
Return Or Exchange Shipping Fees
· If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems, INIU will be responsible for all shipping costs.
· If the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges.
The specific fees will vary according to different regions.
Delivery issues
· Customer is wholly responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong address or delivery details.
· If the shipping company delivered to a wrong address, we will either refund your amount or re-send the parcel again according to your choice.
· Orders seized by customs should be cleared by the buyer.
Refund
After initiating the return process, once the INIU Team receives the returned item and completes the inspection, INIU will process the refund within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been successfully refunded.
Please note that the specific arrival time of the refund may be affected by the processing speed of different banks. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us at contact@iniu.shop.
Cancel Order
You can request to cancel your order free of charge by contacting us at contact@iniu.shop within 12 hours of placing the order, as INIU will confirm and arrange for delivery within that time frame. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 1-3 business days. Please keep an eye on your account information.
However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
