Slow Charging
Possible Causes and Solutions:
1. If your power bank itself is recharging slowly:
Try using a different adapter rated at 9V/2A or higher and a different charging cable.
Reference Charging Time:
With a 45W adapter, approximately 2 hours
With an 18W adapter: approximately 5–6 hours
2. If your power bank is charging your device(phone, laptop, etc.) slowly:
(1) Use a different charging cable or try another output port on the power bank.
(2) Check your device’s fast charging protocol and maximum supported input.
Note:
To achieve optimal fast charging performance, the power bank, cable, and device must all support the same charging protocol, such as QC, PD, AFC, or PPS.
This power bank's maximum output is 65W, but the actual charging speed also depends on your device’s maximum input. For example, the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 supports up to 67W, so when using a 65W power bank, the laptop will charge at a maximum of 65W.
Based on actual testing, with battery protection enabled, the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 charges to 80% in approximately one and a half hour, and reaches a full charge in about 2 hours—delivering performance on par with Samsung’s original charger.
